1/8th Beef Bundle Deposit

We make buying beef in bulk simple!

This deposit guarantees you a spot on the list to receive an eighth beef in January. Final amount of $15 per pound minus the deposit will be due when we get your beef and weigh it. 

An eighth beef consists of an average of 50-60 pounds of delicious pasture-raised beef. This comes out to $750 - $900 depending on the animal being processed.

Approximately 50% of that will be steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef or burger patties. 

You will need around 2 cubic feet of freezer space for a 1/8th Beef Bundle.

How it Works:

Step 1: Place a $200 deposit on an eighth (50-60 lbs).

Step 2: Choose to pick it up at our location in Southwest Nebraska or have it SHIPPED FOR FREE! (insert happy dance!) We will notify you and keep you updated every step of the way!

Step 3: We continue to raise your beef for you on the beautiful pastures of the Southwest Nebraska Prairie and keep you involved every step of the way by giving you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in :-) 

Step 4: Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14-21 days which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to our warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and schedule your pickup or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping.
