Bulk Beef Details:

With our beef shares, you will receive approximately:

Whole Beef - 425 lbs of our pasture-raised beef, customized to fit your family’s needs.

Half Beef - 210 lbs of our pasture-raised beef, customized to fit your family's needs.

Quarter Beef - 105 lbs of our pasture-raised beef, customized to fit your family's needs. 

Approximately 50% of that will be steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita strips, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef or burger patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections and the animal being processed.

You will need around 16 cubic feet of freezer space for a Whole Beef Share.

$4/lb hang weight + processing cost

We will then personally reach out to you to discuss your beef and cutting preferences. There will be a $500 deposit due to reserve your animal. (This will be deducted from the final balance.)

Your remaining balance of your share will be due at pickup or delivery.
